About Our Bikes

  • Discovery CycleTours uses Trek 7100 hybrids exclusively.
  • These 21 speed bikes are brand new for our 2008 season.
  • Sturdy, fast, and comfortable, our bikes are designed for touring.
  • Dual front-fork shock absorbers smooth out bumps, while the third shock absorber on your seat post completes the nice ride.
  • Standard hand brakes and gear shifters are on the handlebars for maximum safety.
  • Each bike comes with a handlebar trunk (300 cubic inches of storage space) and rear panniers (2860 cubic inches of storage space), both waterproof.
  • Also included are: mini hand pump, flat repair kit, lock and chain, spare tube, odometer / speedometer and a Discovery CycleTours water bottle and navigation compass, both yours to keep.
